Women’s safety is not a single police project.
A girl’s birthplace, route to school, digital access, family income, health services, work conditions and justice access interact. Fixing one component while ignoring the rest can shift rather than reduce risk.
The platform therefore uses two connected models: Prevent → Protect → Respond → Investigate → Justice → Heal → Empower → Lead, and for maternal health, Plan → Prepare → Nourish → Screen → Protect → Deliver safely → Recover → Develop.
